1. AGREEMENT
The Owner agrees to retain PACIFIC DELIVERY LTD to provide the services of a Delivery Skipper and crew to deliver the yacht, as detailed below, from ______________________ to .

5. PREPARATION
Time is to be allowed for the preparation of the yacht for the intended passage. This will include working through the attached safety checklist, to ensure the skipper and all crew are familiar with safety equipment and all systems / equipment on board. Pacific Delivery Limited is not responsible for normal wear and tear, nor for equipment failure under prudent operation consistent with established practices.
6. CHECK LIST
A checklist of onboard equipment and operating procedures will be reviewed with the owner. In some cases, the Pacific Delivery crew may bring additional items – such as charts, spare antenna, etc. The completed inventory checklist will be initialled by both parties and considered a part of this contract document.
An example inventory checklist is presented at the bottom of this document.
7. INSPECTION AND EQUIPMENT FAILURE
The voyage may be terminated by PACIFIC DELIVERY LTD if, in the Skipper’s judgment, the vessel is considered unsafe, then PACIFIC DELIVERY LTD will be paid the daily fee plus all expenses incurred including the cost of return airfares for Skipper and crew (if any). All remaining monies advanced in excess of what is due to PACIFIC DELIVERY LTD will be returned to the Owner or his agent by PACIFIC DELIVERY LTD.
8. INSURANCE
Insurance (if any), will be arranged by the owner or owner’s agent.
9. JURISDICTION
It is understood and agreed that all rights and obligations of the parties to this contract, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
